Sin Cara, returning off an injury, is scheduled to perform again
Sin Cara is scheduled to appear at some Smackdown shows in Mexico later this month

Not sure what this means as far as him returning to TV, but I'd think we'll be seeing him by the end of June at the latest, and he could possibly be ready before or immediately after those scheduled appearances.
Should be a decent middle round pick for your fantasy league.
