Perfect Promo or Interview Interference?

What do the DropTheBelt users think should happen in this situation. Who should get the points?
The discussion came up last night whether or not Booker T should have got Perfect Promo points or if Michael Cole should have got interview interference.
The rules say:
Perfect Promo - Complete an interview or live promo without being interrupted by anyone on the DropTheBelt roster. A promo is when one wrestler or a team of wrestlers are on the microphone or are being interviewed. No microphone, no points. Live promos and interviews only. 5 points
Interview Interference - Interrupt another Wrestlers interview or live promo. 2 points
Facts:
Booker T invited Michael Cole into the ring.
Michael Cole did not speak on the microphone and did not interrupt Booker T at all.
Points would have been awarded to Booker T, if he was in the DropTheBelt Wreslter Roster.
So what do you think?
This will set a standard as of right now that if another wrestler is invited to the ring and does not interrupt the wrestler that invited him. Then the inviting wrestler will get a Perfect Promo.
