DropTheBelt - How Does the Trade Queue Work?
Also known as Free Agent Acquisition (FAA).
Trade Window Rules
- When a scoreboard is open, the trade window is closed.
- No trades are allowed at this time.
- Wrestlers can only be added to rosters when the trade window is closed.
How the Trade Queue Works
- While the trade window is closed (usually during a live scoreboard), team owners (players) can queue up trades.
- The system processes trades in reverse order of league rankings:
- The player in last place gets their trade processed first.
- Then the next lowest score, and so on.
Example:
Team #1 – 628 points – Last trade
Team #2 – 569 points – Third trade
Team #3 – 427 points – Second trade
Team #4 – 101 points – First trade
- This cycle continues until all queued trades are processed.
- Yes, you can queue up your entire roster to be traded at the end of the show, even multiple times.
When the Trade Window is Open
- Any player can trade at any time for any available wrestler.
- No queue is used during this time.
Private Leagues
- Commissioners (league managers) can manually make trades between teams at any time, regardless of the trade window status.
