Who's rising, who's falling after last night's Smackdown?

Not a very action packed episode and pretty much no developments other than Teddy making the fatal 4 way match official for the IC belt.  This didn't leave for much room to rise and fall for most...

Rising
1.  Kaitlyn - I'm thinking more and more that she has a better chance to win the Divas title tomorrow.  The WWE seems pretty intent on trying to sell her as the next diva superstar.   Still also like her chance of turning heel which could only help her at this point as her character is bland IMO.
2.  Cesaro - I like the idea for Cesaro to possibly face Brodus Clay at Night of Champions and love his chance to retain the title if so (possibly via Sandow interference?)  It'd be a huge mistake for the WWE to take the belt off of him so soon
3.  Christian - Even though it was via satellite and he had a shoulder sling, if you have Christian on your team, it sure was a relief to just see him on screen period.  I liked the story possibilites with him leaning towards a return of the whiny heel by wanting the Brogue kick banned.

Falling
1.  Layla - She seems like an afterthought in the Divas division right now with 90% of the focus being shown on Kaitlyn and Eve.  The show 2 nights before the PPV and all we get is a shot of her watching the TV in the back?  I'm sure I'm reading too much into this, but I don't like her chances more and more.
2.  Tensai - He's not beating up Sakamoto anymore?!?!  At least you could count on some Attack points in the past even after a loss, now you get nothing
3.  Justin Gabriel - Tyson Kidd comes out to promote himself wrestling singles again.  Where does that leave Gabriel in the WWE mix?

Back tomorrow with my Night of Champions preview and predictions
