A look into Evan Bourne's status and his current status in the Fantasy leagues.
Is there another wrestler more cursed than Evan Bourne? Yes this is rhetorical so please don't fill the comments section with your lists of wrestlers who are infinitely more cursed than he is as I realize there are many. But between his 2 Wellness Policy suspensions for synthetic marijuana (reportedly) coupled with his car accident in March which may or may not have been related to synthetic marijuana (I just made that up), and you have a recipe for bath salts, er, disaster.
So what's the latest? Well, several sites today were reporting that he might not be back until next year. Bourne himself has not tweeted much to make me think any differently. Just vague updates about how he wishes he were back in the ring and that he's still working on the physical therapy. I mean his foot was pretty messed up, but this is getting pretty crazy. I'm obviously no doctor, but I'm starting to think this has more to do with than just the foot injury. Sherlock Choke!
Anyway, bottom line is I wouldn't touch Evan in my fantasy league with a ten foot bong pole. Until he starts tweeting enthusiastically that he'll be back soon or until he completes a season of celebrity rehab with Dr. Drew, he's off my fantasy team.
