Choke's FUW Fantasy Impact: Smackdown 8/5/2011 & RAW 8/8/2011

Thoughts on the impact last Fridays and this Monday's show has on FUW leagues
Very disappointing shows leading up to such a major PPV in Summerslam.
Smackdown we got a ton of major superstars vs mid/low carders. Yes some of the wrestling was done well, but for storyline advancement it was pathetic.
RAW had some great matches on paper, but I still expected more as far as it being the final RAW before the PPV. It's clear WWE is pretty much all in on the Punk/Cena angle, and I get that since it's getting the most publicity, but can we at least sell us on other matches that are happening there that don't involve Divas? Smackdown we'll definitely get some Christian/Orton stuff and Henry/Shaemus, but for now those are the only 4 matches scheduled? I dont like it.
I have a feeling we'll be getting A-Ry vs Ziggler for the US Title, Cody Rhodes/Zeke for the IC, and maybe Rey vs Miz, Truth vs Morrison, or Del Rio vs someone (Kofi?), but it's ridiculous they don't announce these earlier to get some hype around them.

Rising
1. AJ and Natalya - I predicted this a while ago with AJ and Tamina, but I think creative scratched that and came up with Natalya in that role instead. They clearly are still interested in pushing AJ as the new face of the Smackdown Divas (and who can be mad at that?) so I think this is a win for both
2. R-Truth/Miz - Clean wins over quality opponents over both. Whether Cena or CM Punk win the undisputed title at Summerslam, they certainly have a wealth of possible heels to have feuds with. These two remain near the top of the list when many, including myself, thought the WWE would be writing them back to mid card status for the time being.
3. Alex Riley - Speaking of wrestlers I thought whose time was up, the WWE seems still fairly motivated to push A-Ry though I personally don't get it. He's got a chance to win the US title though I think the WWE would be dumb to take it off Ziggler so soon
Falling:
1. Del Rio - Yeah I know, every week I switch him from falling to rising, but seriously does anyone get his storyline? Now Rey is lined up for the first title shot next Raw, and yes I realize he could cash in MITB at Summerslam and then still face Rey on Raw, but I'm thinking more and more that it's not going to happen. Will it ever? Does the WWE even believe in him anymore? I'm so confused.
2. John Morrison - Girlfriend gets released, and he continues the absolute worst return for such a hyped wrestler from an injury that I've ever seen. Pretty sure they're going to turn this around for him at some point where he'll snap from all the losing and maybe even give him a shoot promo where he can express his true feelings about Melina, but wow if they don't have those kind of plans, it really makes you wonder who has it out for this guy
3. The Usos - I dont get it. All the sudden Otunga and Mcgillicutty are monsters in the ring and unstoppable, and they havent given us ANY reasons to care about the tag titles because of it. You couldnt even have them lose a 6 man tag to try to create some interest in an Usos rematch for the titles?
