Thoughts on the impact Monday's show has on FUW leagues
Average show. Not really feeling the way they've handled the CM Punk/Cena storyline as it had sooooooo much heat and now all the sudden it seems like a feud that could have played out 6 months ago.
Rising
1. Beth Phoenix - Well, they needed to do something, and I'd been expecting Phoenix or Eve to turn heel for months now and it finally happened. They have to have Phoenix play the role everyone thought Kharma would, with her just destroying all the babyface divas for a while. Let's see if they play this out right
2. R-Truth/Miz - I thought they were going to drop these two to being sort of irrelevant while the Punk/Cena/Del Rio(?) storyling played itself out, but I really like the idea of these two interacting often in the next few months. Could they even be priming us for a tag title run by the two of them? Lord only knows that division could use some shaking up.
3. Del Rio - Will they just have him completely tear through singles competition until he cashes in MITB? Two weeks in a row that's what they've done, we'll see if it's a trend or not
Falling:
1. Eve - It had to be her or Beth, and it was Beth.
2. Zack Ryder/Santino - A win there would have set them up for a title shot you'd think. But instead it sets them up for...... what exactly? Be interesting to see how the WWE continues to try to push Ryder. So far very mixed results.
