Thoughts on the impact tonight's show has on FUW leagues
Pretty standard episode, nothing too exciting to report:
Moving up:
1. R-Truth. Well, they're trying anyway. With Morrison being out for a month or so, I expect Truth to keep on getting interference points, some perfect promos here and there, some object points, and most importantly, some WINS setting up the big feud when Morrison returns. Giving him a loss until then would deflate the storyline of an on-fire Truth meeting the guy he put out, but dont put it past the WWE to do just that. I dont see it though
2. Kharma - Kind of obvious. This could be something they drag out for a long time, but it's only inevitable she gets the title eventually, and it's not like there are many other viable options to hold onto instead of her for the time being
On the slide down
1. Nexus/CM Punk. McGillicutty and Otunga have been absolute non-factors since their arrival, Ryan doesnt really seem over with the crowd, and for the time being they're just fodder for Show and Kane a la Corre. WWE has severely mismanaged both of these groups and it might be time to consider just breaking them both up entirely. Obviously Punk is still a good hold and Ryan has potential to be, but you cant be too excited to have any of the 4.
2. Santino: It's over
3. Brie Bella: You can just smell the inevitability of Kharma, but damn, you have to have her lose worthless tag matches along with it?
Wildcard: Alberto Del Rio. I've been convinced he was a shoo-in for the world title for months now, so WTF happened? R-Truth is feuding with Mysterio, Cena vs Miz at Over the Limit..... I just dont understand what they're planning for him, but I hope it happens soon as both a fan and holder of him in my league.
