Thoughts on the impact tonight's show has on FUW leagues
What'd I tell you about Alex Riley and Evan Bourne last week Goukijones?
Good show particularly because all the little Jimmies must have left disappointed.
Rising:
1. Dolph Ziggler - It was inevitable since he still has Vickie on his side and she can generate heat more than anyone other than possibly Cole, but that win IMO will lead to a US Championship run, and ultimately a chance for the WWE Title? He did have some pretty good matches with Cena last year....
2. CM Punk - Not that he'd be available in any leagues, but this was a much needed win over a quality opponent. It seemed like they were gonna go the Mysterio/Truth route, but perhaps not. Cena/Truth/Punk/Mysterio leaves plenty of current options for the WWE Title picture at the moment though. Note I didnt include Del Rio because the WWE is terrible.
3. Evan Bourne - Not simply because he picked up that win over Swagger, but more because he's been prominently featured on the show the last few weeks. I think this could continue and obviously the more time on air the more potential for points (smartest thing I've ever come up with?)
Falling:
1. Kharma - Well it's official. And they couldnt even give her perfect promo points for the announcement? F.
2. The Miz - Still a good point getter, but going from fighting for the WWE Title to feuding with Alex Riley? Downgrade.
3. Del Rio - WWE just has nothing for him right now apparently. Sure he'll get a win or two over Big Show (back next week I hope?) and I'm hoping this leads somehow to a Summerslam Title shot, but I dont get the time being spent on this
