Thoughts on the impact tonight's show has on FUW leagues
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Another boring show leading up to a boring PPV.
Some decent stuff though (not for my own personal league. Yikes.)
Rising:
1. CM Punk/Nexus - Wow what a difference a week makes. Punk gets a huge win over Kingston, and then they get a good team win vs Kane and Show. Will that lead to the tag titles? I could see it happening, but I still have a feeling they're gonna break this all up. Let me take this time to make one of these long predictions that never come true. Nexus loses at Over the Limit. Next night on Raw, Punk blames Ryan, and tells the other two to beat him up. They instead turn on Punk leaving Ryan to be the leader and Punk goes onto bigger and better things (perhaps an IC title reign to start things off?)
2. Swagger - Not necessarily for the main event stuff with Cena, but more for moving on from the deadweight Lawler/Cole storyline. Another potential IC guy, if not WWE belt.
3. Zack Ryder - The Internet Champion is going to get his due soon. There is no WAY the RAW writers or higher ups like Vince would just allow him to be on the show every week getting props by John Cena if they had no plans for him. I'm hoping that's the case anyhow
Falling
(Everyone on my team)
1. Del Rio - Goes from being a shoo-in to winning the World Heavyweight title with CRAZY heat on him, to losing by DQ to a distracted Mysterio and not being on the PPV. I dont get it.
2. Show/Kane - Maybe a stretch, and they should be solid point getters even if they lose the belts, it's just more of a I predict them to lose the tags in the next few months, but not necessarily over the limit. We'll see.
