Thoughts on the impact Friday's show has on FUW leagues
Smackdown was decent this week, but the storyline development continues to be disappointing on many levels. I don't mind Cody vs Ted for the belt, but why haven't they been building this up the last few weeks? Three weeks ago it seemed like that's the way they were going, but then the last few weeks I dont even remember Ted being on the show. Maybe I was drunk.
Then you have all the talent that will be left off of Night of Champions (presumably). Shaemus, Daniel Bryan, Wade, Christian, Sin Cara..... I realize NOC is supposed to be a title match show (though the most likely main event wont be one), but I still think most fans would rather see a match involving some of these guys for a #1 contender match than a poorly put together 4 way dance for the US title or quickly thrown together IC title match.
Sin Cara vs Sin Cara will be remotely interesting. There's a reason that wont be on NOC as it could require 5-6 tapings to get that one completed.
Khali is embarrassing, as is the WWE's attempt to put Gabriel over.
Rising:
Ted Dibiase - though I'd be shocked if he won the title, he still has a title shot which is more than he's had in quite a while
Falling:
Sheamus, Daniel Bryan, Wade Barrett, Sin Cara, Christian - No NOC match for any of these guys? WWE simply not utilizing top tier talent.
